In fairness Ash should at least provide an update to this saga, after all he has been vocal with the complaints about the lack of service he was receiving. He still is highly recommended and regarded. One bad incident doesn't stop that.

The more any service is used the higher the probability of some event assuming a vertical breast attitude, as appears to have happened here.

Martin's reputation is such that this one incident can be considered as out of character but in some ways inevitable.

It would be nice to have Ash clear up what's happened and to hear Martin's side of things, though.
