Pop the engine cover off and have a look at the 4 small rubber inlet pipes for splits |

The running-on after switch off is often noticed with both the TDV8/SDV8 4.4 and the TDV6/SDV6 3.0 engines when in restricted performance mode. |

MAP sensor. £92 from Land Rover. Things tiny too, you wouldn’t think it could disable a RR ! |

Just to help others in future. I too have just had a Restricted Performance message on a SDV8. Fault code was P0107-00 MAP sensor. Changed MAP sensor and all good to go. $500+ part in Australia from the dealers but only took 5 minutes to install. |

They soon get clogged up, but are usually fine if given a good clean and put back in.
