How odd. That's the same experience I had when I used a HPLA prefix part, which turned out to be due to the CAN speed.

What year is yours Craig? That part worked on my 2014. Kev

2013MY... Has anyone tried this on a 13MY yet please? I only did it for swmbo’d as she can’t be doing with the faf of screens & buttons!

Unfortunately none of the dials work on 2013 L405s. My wife’s old one, I tried a few different part numbers and our can bus is different. Most 2014s can handle the upgrade but not 13s... Big Cry

Fitted mine today all good, just some tips for those doing this , the leather trim piece around the information display pulls directly towards you, the silver trim pieces at the side do the same. A firm pull is all that's needed. To remove the two top torx screws holding in the control panel I had to loosen the information display screen screws as the heater control panel screws caught the bottom of the info screen preventing them from coming out.

Great upgrade and very easy 👌

GLPH-18A802-DH is the part number. The seller recently replaced the main screen and climate pack with android units based on the other auctions.

If it doesn’t work, I can resell this and the capacitive screen head unit I have to purchase an android climate screen.

It is supposed to be -20C here later this week. My wife needs her heated seats button asap. Dan. 🇨🇦 2013 L405 5.0 SCV8

If your speedo clocks have blue outer rings and the car carries RANGE ROVER branding then no it won’t work sir… If your car has silver rings and caries the LR badge branding then yes it should work… 👍

I have just done this upgrade. Gambled on cheap AC panel on eBay which didn’t show the part number but looked like a newer item. Gamble luckily paid off and when it was delivered found it was a GPLH unit. Fitted 10 minutes later and all good. My car is a 13 reg car but with silver dials and Land Rover l logo. 2013 SDV8 4.4 Vogue SE Aintree
