Put it in "sport" mode to overtake towing an empty cattle box, even the wife smiled. Laughing

Put a battery charger on and topped up the coolant with about a pint of premixed antifreeze. Never had to top the level up before so guess I better keep my eye on it! Car bought with 46k on it over 2yrs ago.....now at 60k. Nothing in the coolant water so I guess I have a minor leak in a hose somewhere!

Managed to buy a bigger tree this year, I had a saloon last year so was restricted to what would fit in my wifeโ€™s car.

850 miles

Managed it in record time Peterborough to Andorra. I thoroughly recommend a lockdown if you need to drive the entire length of France via Paris Thumbs Up

I'd filled in all the forms, but no-one even glanced at them.

I've never experienced such poor fuel economy though - I guess a fully loaded fattie being driven at speeds I wouldn't admit to takes it's toll, but close to 2 full tanks is crazy. I did arrive 2 hours ahead of my most optimistic estimate - and fuel is less than a euro a litre here, so I'll get over it Cool

Gave the Fattie a thorough wash and clean, took me ages as the wheels were caked with dirt. Bleeding annoying though cos living out in the countryside I know the girl will be back to grubby / dirty after my trip to work and back tomorrow! Rolling Eyes Big Cry

Mines earning its keep.
Just picked up a ifor williams a frame. Not sure what glue I was sniffing but I thought it would fit in the back of the range ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ Luckily the couple I bought it from are pretty decent so leant me their trailer to get it home with so now just heading back with it. Well stuck on the m25 because people are beyond incompetent at driving in the rain and like crashing apparently

You may have seen my car on previous visits to Andorra as I believe the previous owner used it mostly for Ski trips!

I'm hoping to do a few trips up there once the ski season starts too, so I'll keep an eye out for yours! It looks like my next trip will be from Barcelona -> Manchester UK though Smile

(to be back on topic, that's what I did today, bought channel tunnel tickets for a visit to the UK over Xmas, let's hope I have as much luck getting *into* to the UK as you did getting out of it!)

A 200 mile run down to Kemble in Gloucestershire with a hired trailer to pick up some warehouse racking.

It was quite a sight to see five of British Airways 747s lined up. Albeit sad to see the Queens of the Skies with their engines removed.

I thought today might have been my big chance to meet Stan and his L405 on plane spotting duties. But it wasnโ€™t to be. Either heโ€™s got better things to do at 8:30 on a wet Thursday morning, or he was off hunting B52s again. 2004 L322 4.4 V8 Vogue Bonatti Grey

Took the long way home from Costco thanks to the dreaded 'DPF full' yellow warning popping up on my display.

A good run up the M42 cleared it.

Dunc. The life you have is the only one you'll get; make the most of it.
