Hi all need some help I ordered 2 rear brake hose/flexi’s and they are too long in length where they go into the caliper
been told by the supplier older ones were superseded and these will fit I’ve added pics so if these seem ok I’ll attempt again to fit td6 2006 model

Check your Chassis Number (up to 5A999999) - from research it looks like you have the 06 onwards pipes which appear to be longer. You may be an '06 reg but the first chassis set....

They do appear to be too long for your car...

Hi Joe thanks only thing is the supplier is saying these will fit but it’s too long and needs jammed into position not safe for me as near the driveshaft boot

Looks like britparts uk have a shorter one 2002-2005 but already spent just over £50 for these 2 and the supplier says they will fit as superseded the older ones

My chassis no starts with 6xxxx but these are too long
