Yesterday gave the old girl a good wash, drive a few miles to shake off any water droplets hiding somewhere, then used the new car cover to protect her against leaves, bits of sap & general crud. It's only a cheapie but seems ok.

On Saturday we took the RR, now fully registered in NZ, to Whangamomona and along the Forgotten World Highway. Part of the FWH is gravel road so she got a bit dusty!!!!! She is so nice to drive on these twisty roads and on the gravel (and bad surfaces). I think we're going to enjoy driving here even more!!

On the ramp, oil and filter changed ( and I undo the difficult nut behind the crossmember to drain ! ) . Do this every 8 thous miles. |
