Actually it was last Saturday I changed oil and filters, swapped the surround camera system module (thanks to Wrecker79) and installed a MagCode connector for my CTEK.

New rear brakes pads for mine today and 8 spark plugs, that's a bitch of a job, don't think landcover could have made it more difficult. |

Fitted two new rear shock absorbers. one (nearside) had lost all oil causing wheel tramp. Replaced both for peace of mind. Time taken less than one hour for both sides.

Wafted 371 miles at a relaxed but ground covering gait. Nothing better than a FFRR for a family covering big distances in comfort.

Gave the interior its weekly vacuum and dashboard wipe / polish and sprayed my favorite air freshener. Let it sit for an hour and then just drove to the nearby lakeview Cafe for crepes and an ice coffee... |

It’s been a few years since I’ve had a holiday in the UK, but I have a tradition which despite the forecast rain I had to do. Full clean of the car inside and out, polished, glass cleaned and all the leather treated. Looked great.

One week into ownership so today I’ve ordered all the bits I need to get it how I want it - deeper tyres, front end bulb upgrade, replacement speaker, replacement grill and a couple of other bits.

Dropped to my knees and cried. Having driven to St Albans and back to collect a rust free tailgate this week, on a short shopping trip today I got the low coolant message. On checking it was well low.Just waiting to get the camera scope down besides the oil filter to see if the thermostat housing is leaking. Had budgeted a few hundred pounds for the tailgate paint job but now looking at £500 for this new problem if other members comments on here are anything to go buy.... |
