I don't know if this is normal or not, it's certainly not as secure as the drivers side - vibrates all the time. Is there anything anyone can suggest?

I took your steer scarey and took it to bits. If it's helpful to anyone else the glass just pulls off forward not what is shown on RAVE for the older models, the bit that it actually mounts to in mine in broken hence the vibration, it's not terminal and nothing can fall off, but as LR would probably want to sell me a complete mirror I'll see what bodging I can do when I get more time.
