Hi again! I popped the bonnet and started to look for obvious problems ...and there it was! The clip that holds the pipe onto the throttle body was not fitted correctly and the underneath of the hose was filthy with soot.

At the moment I am full of optimism that I found the problem. Looking at other threads of how the red DPF came on ,I have similar circumstances.

I changed the oil in November , and service reset was done . Since then I have driven from UK to Bulgaria 1900 miles and since then maybe another 1000 miles . I was getting concerned about DPF issues as I couldnt drive anywhere due to lockdown. I needed a travel permit and a reason to be travelling to go further than the nearest town.

Hi everyone . Life in Bulgaria is not straightforward . I had a massive delivery of wood which blocked my car in the garden for a few weeks. Big beams 20x20x400 fresh heavy wood and 4m3 of decking. Been busy building and moving the forest out of the way.

Wow! That's quite the adventure and it would seem it's not over yet. I'm sure there are a few of us on here that will be watching to see if the Ford gasket is the same as the Range Rover throttle body one 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE |

Keep us posted on how that gasket makes the seal feel any tighter. We may all follow you down the same road Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

Can't comment on the size, went on the description as it states it fits the 4.4 diesel. Postage cost is crazy though 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE |
