United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Zermatt Silver

Hi Scuba,

Yes still here and still have the same FF. can’t seem to find any thing that I would prefer more, well not for sensible
Money anyway. No probs at all with the remap and blank, still does over 30 on a run as well.

Cheers
Steve.

United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover SE TDV8 Stornoway Grey

We bought our 3.6 in Feb last year and it had been remapped including digital EGR delete. We didn’t know this at the time and so I bought blanking plates and fitted them. I didn’t notice any difference doing this so the digital delete must’ve been doing it’s job.
As for the remap - I’m not sure whether I’ll be keeping it on to be honest the car has a boost issue which I still haven’t found yet. I haven’t been using it that much because of the lockdown anyway. It doesn’t go above 20mpg either. If I drive like miss daisy along a flat motorway I might see 26-28. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Funny, I was only looking at Quantum today. Was wondering about their remap because of the lag my 3.6 TdV8 suffers when setting off from start at a roundabout or give way.

A remap doesn't add much at all to initial acceleration, it can't spool the turbos up any quicker, as soon as you are up a few hundred revs it will start to pull better...

Our local Quantum guy will let you try it for a while and if you don't like it they will fully refund you and return it to original, they don't get many who take this offer up..!!

Andy, There are remaps and remaps, some are awful, some are excellent, yours can be done again and the issues fixed, just find a good local installer, Facebook is a good place to look and you get proper user reviews... Thumbs Up Pete

Consensus is to put the blanks in to reduce risk of turbos ingesting anything. Peace of mind. Then remap it. Alive Tuning and Bell Auto Services are some of the best around I've been told Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

Either. I spoke to Gary at length and he likes to leave the EGRs working. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
