It isn't possible to edit the questions once the poll is posted unfortunately. Just about to order a new car for delivery toward the end of the year ( yes there is that sort of leading time for factory builds apparrently, especially certain variants) and the auto has them as standard and I just wondered what folks opinion of the was. I cannot even see the poll result as I cannot answer my own question without influencing the poll |

I love the paddles on the RR, there really great for using a bit of extra engine braking, I just wish they came with the old gear lever rather than the new Jag dial. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

Well I loved them on my old Fezza and I like them in Wifey's XF although that's a slushbox, not a proper paddleshifted manual.

They finally work on the 8 speed , it shifts down when you want it to and will jump more than 1 gear on shift down so great for engine breaking especially if towing , Up shift just puts it into higher rev sport mode which you do not need 90% of the time. But anyway yes i like them , have them on another car which is far more of a sports car and they work well , still miss manual on the odd occasion. Far to many gone... |

What are the changes for 2012MY - hope nothing too noticeable?!?! Sounds like you're very organised! I can image the deck in the Autobiography Ultimate getting scratched very easily and stuff sliding round driving you crazy!! |

Tim - new shape? Have they set the final prices yet or is it still a bit of a lottery? |

Got them on my 6 series and they are good fun to use on fast winding roads, helps to slow the engine and aid braking and ensure you are in the right gear to accelerate out fast.
