If they're fixing it I'd just let them do that, you'll be hard pressed to find a used rover without a few issues. Do you know what they did to fix the judder when pulling away at slow speed? Mine does this too and I need to address it soon. |

I don’t think rejection is limited to the first 30 days If you have repeated problems with a car in the first 6 months. I had this scenario and rejected an L405 after 5 months and got a full refund. Hope it doesn’t come to that in your case. |

From how I understand it, rejection can take place within the first 6 months, however, you have to allow the supplying dealer to fix the problem at least once, if it continues to reoccur then you are within your right to reject. Have a search for the consumer rights act 2015, this will give you a much better understanding of what is and isn't possible. |
