FYI I had a brand new replacement do just that. Sent it back and the replacement was fine. They CAN fail out of the box. Do NOT assume new means working Smile Land Rover Addict

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Santorini Black

Sounds like the same problem mine had. Was the brass exhaust valve. Removed, clean drilled a small 2mm hole in the bottom so it wouldn't block again and it's been fine since.

Not long after that both my front bags died when hooking up to tow our horse box. The drivers side went with a catastrophic bang Laughing

Tbf the bags were so easy to replace literally 45 min job with right tools Thumbs Up 2011 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography

You wouldn't happen to have a picture of what the little valve looks like, do ya?

Im new to the RR but I have read plenty of posts about this little valve clogging. I'd like to do some preventive maintenance and clean it up and drill the hole...but I'm not quite sure where it's located.

Any help appreciated! 2012 Range Rover Autobiography

Woody

It' the rear valve block. You should be able to find some info on part number from the microcat links in the Wiki.

PS can you fill in your car profile please, helps us identify things easier. Thumbs Up Cheers
