You have done bloody well with only one pipe, that is your diff breather and tucks under your plastic coil cover
Thermostat, there is a standard BMW one i think now that is reasonable or you can do the mod like i have but mine was a pig to bleed after, there are a few really good threads on here with loads of part numbers to the mod and standard kit. https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic39362...thermostat I have one of these in my garage which wasn't cheap but much cheaper alternatives now, there is a nice long list of alternative part numbers to google at the bottom of the amazon listing https://www.amazon.co.uk/Vemo-V20-99-0161-...B00HAH8AU8 There are a few online car parts websites with .co.uk addresses but are actually some other country and there are several addresses which are all the same company and potentially fraudulent so i try and stick with the well known ones. |

yes , it was the wiring, i haven't started the engine yet to check but i had not put the main 12v wire back on RR 2005 4.4 petrol

That is about what i paid for mine and then didn't use it but used the 80 deg mod kit instead.

i swapped over the cam shaft sensors, still the same.

Have a search of M62 and the POO11 code, quite a bit of info regarding the code after timing chain and guides, might give you something else to try after solenoids.
