When you turn your headlights on (2007) the headlights move around in all angles. Only noticed when I got someone to start the car to test the new headlight bulbs I was putting in.

As its a Range Rover it'll most likely go into 'crap itself mode'!!

My 1988 7 series had the thing just the same with the intermittent wipers....turn them on and off, and it times till you put them on again. That is then the intermittent wipe gap set.

No really needed if you have rain sensing wipers, but they obviously kept it for the rear wipe.

At the risk of exposing myself as slightly dense, just this week I found that the rear wiper on my 2007 3.6 has two speed settings.

The switch only has one position. However, by switching the rear wiper on and before it has completed it's first full sweep across the glass switch it off, and then on again it makes my wiper work in continuous mode rather than the intermittent mode.

You may all already know this, but thought i would share it. I found it be accident, but had I RTFM I probably would have read about it. I just dont see myself ever reading about windscreen wiper operation though, i just take it for granted, on, off, wash, wipe, what could I possible need to read about wipers? Ha.

This feature actually allows you to set the intermittent delay to whatever you want (well, it did on my 2006, haven't tried yet on the SC). Something like, flick the rear wiper on the off, wait for how long you want the delay to be, then flick it back on.

I used to do it without thinking how, bit different when you're trying to remember how when you're not in the car!

We had a Corsa that done that for the front wipers, allowed you to set the delay

The arrow on the fuel gauge is probably less than 25 years old. My P38A didnt have it as you can see from this pic of my dash.

No arrow - but the nozzle on the fuel pump pic is on the right, which is how it was done pre arrow 4.2 SC - sold , now bought back

I can't get this to work on my 2010 - it's really annoying as the default interval is too short. 2010 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE
