Just fitted these on my L322 SC, and very pleased with the choice.

Anyone running these on a L405? If so what do you think of them? L405 SDV8 Autobiography (MY13) |

I have been running General Grabber AT3s in 255/55/20 on my L405 all winter and they have been excellent. I have been on shoots and other off-road locations which were beyond the capabilities of the OEM Pirellis. I have not noticed any downside. Certainly no increase in road noise.

I am not after winter tyres. I need tyres to get me across muddy fields and they do that very well. |

I got the car with 36 all round, changed to 34/36 as per door shuts and felt the car dived a bit more under braking. Will be going back to 36 all round! |

Thats good. It sounded from the way you'd written your comment that "WInter" implied driving on snow and compacted snow. |

It does make a big difference to have the pressures on all four the same. Funny as they always have the lower pressure at the front where most of the weight is and always struck me as counter intuitive once you know that.

Actually they have M+S and the 3PSMF symbols on the sidewall. The Goodyear website says: "True winter tires, carrying both M+S and 3PSMF markings, make an important safety contribution in winter conditions, particularly for cars and vans" So I think they are winter tyres and are suitable for use in snow even though that is not my main requirement. |

If anyone has a pic or two of the 55 profile Grabbers on an L322, would you mind sharing? I'm approaching the point when I need new tyres but I'd like to see how they look in real life on a car, rather than just a pic of the bare tyre on a website. |

I’m currently running these at 36 psi all round and can’t fault them.
