For info, the lens cover should have a tab at the bottom that slots into a hole, and it should be held at the top with a philips screw (bolt) into a plastic fixing.

I had this same problem a few weeks back and can confirm the silicone does work. While they’re off it gives you a chance to give them a good clean inside before you stick them on |
