On the v8 each injector look after 550cc while on the v6 only after 500cc.I doubt if the v6 injectors will work.Volume needed is 10% more. 2012 TDV8 Vogue SE 4.4 |

8 new Bosch injectors LR066229 ordered; only needed Seven; but it just seems worth doing all of them. It is now officially a money pit! |

As I mentioned before; I am fitting the same L405 4.4 ford TDV8 engine into my L322; one of the ket main engine differences is the sump..... turns out the sump on my old L322 is damaged

This has been a very slow going project with endless hurdles.

This really is a jigsaw puzzle for grown-ups; and impossible to know what was actually missing when I first got the car. As the work has commenced it has become apparent that there was a lot of items missing. We did a full checklist when the car first arrived; I can't believe it but did realise the exhaust had been removed and was not present until last week. The complete system from the manifold back. So that is now on the top of the list to locate.... |

If anyone can recommend where I might find a complete exhaust system; I've been doing the rounds with the breaker and of course eBay. I actually found one last week; however, was a day late as the breaker/seller had just cut it to sell the catalytic converter separately.... the search continues.

there is a specialist Range Rover / Land Rover breaker on the A38 near Burton on trent. Not used them but I drive past them occasionally.

I know the last thing you need is another, but what about buying a Cat D as a donor?
