You might need to do a system re-set, ideally with a diagnostic machine. There is the possibility that taking the leads off the battery and shorting the leads together (away from the battery) might work (referred to as a "hard reset" on here I think) but while that was done to my 2004 car when its battery failed in a remote location, I'm not expert enough to say whether that would work (and be safe) for yours, perhaps someone else who knows more can help. with a fully charged battery you shouldn't have any starting problems..

its a complete new battery and i have coding charger plugged aswell. the windows are working on the left side not automatic, you have to hold the switch. the blower from the heating system runs at all stages. the cluster tries to start up and it gets light grey until shuts off again. |

What did you have painted? Is it something to which a lead is attached? |
