thanks for clarifying, the knob by the handbrake? (when I say knob by the handbrake, no I don't mean the driver ) if so, no lights at all on that?

On the dash....tells you what height suspension is at (though it’s not lit on this pic)

If it turns out to be your pump then I have one here that you are welcome to - took it off my 04 4.4 as I thought there was a problem with it but the fault was not with the pump - I have put a new seal on it just to make sure - Im near Milton Keynes so if you want to pop in and fit it then you are welcome to it - takes about 20 minutes to fit. |

If the lights are out you have a hard fault. It is a Range Rover, nothing as simple as a fuse - although it does happen...
