It appears to get all gears perfectly if you drive it in sport mode and manually select the gears, I’ve noticed that when stopping in sport mode it doesn’t select first every tine but will if you manually select it? Can anyone second my findings? Or has anybody had anything similar.???? |

Could be bush leaks. When you run in manual/sport it ups the pressure in the system to make sure it's ready to change gear whenever needed. This therefore covers the loss of pressure from the leaking bushes. Prolonged use of manual or sport means the box runs hotter which is also detrimental long term.

This is what I’m thinking, reading articles on the net it appears the mechatronic unit is at best.
