Well thought I better introduce myself as I've been registered here for quite a while but have never posted. I have a deposit on a Vogue SE 4.4V8 and hope to pick it up next week, it's a Land Rover approved car so have the security of a 2 year warranty. Although I haven't posted on the FFRR forum I am quite well known on Martin's Disco4 site and the Def2 site. I am on my 4th Disco 4 and also have a 50th anniversary Defender |

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the forum and my name is Norm. Here's a photo of my pride and joy after a recent fishing trip. Not my first Land Rover/Range Rover but probably my last as my big boss said it's the last car I can buy! Not to worry, I plan on keeping it in good working order and as I'm in my sixtys it'll probably out last me, at least I hope it will.

) didn't have a big budget to be honest, top end was only about 5.5k, I shook the man's hand at 3k, but knowing there would be stuff to do coming along (which will be the topic of my first proper post) I'm sure we all have a list of must have cars in our heads, and an RR was for me way up there, if not top of the list, I've been after one for years, now I know what I've been missing all these years, by the way the guvvna loves it, couldn't resist the "I told you so" comment
