the ally adaptor is easy to mill to size at home with some drills, I did mine with a wood spade bit s I didn't have the right sized metal bit. The ally is soft so it will drill with pretty much any old POS drill. The sprinter is the way to go its so much better than a trolley on anything other than smooth concrete, and will lift the car to an astonishing height easily.

I perhaps should have added, that I bent a small kink in the nail, so that it is a tight fit.
