One car coming close for sale!

Just about at the end of my tether with this car?.

Can any of you fine guys give me any pointers to this problem! Car pulls like a train, then for no apparent reason , flips up this code!!!

Found one little pipe under the rocker cover had broken away from its receiver, put it back on to no avail!

Many thanks

Could also be a split top hose too which would be better than the other description on the link! Current 2007 TDV8 Vogue Buckingham Blue

I've been chasing a turbo / map fault on a TD6 and have replaced the turbo solenoid, map sensor and vacuum pipes and had the turbo off twice to free up variable geometry vanes in turbo. The second time i removed it i found a split in the pipe next to the turbo. It would rive perfectly in most instances but up one particular hill where i would accelerate up from a roundabout it would get to around 3000 revs in third or fourth and then the revs would just drop and i would get a turbo / map fault, one being P0046 but the codes don't always seem to be as literal as they would suggest.

If you have VGT / VNT type turbo then it would be worth searching to see if your actuator / vanes could be stuck but I would be trying to find any split hoses especially if you remapped your ecu.
