Silly question, but with the impending T charge coming in, it appears I need at least a Euro4 car to avoid it. Cars registered from Jan 05 appear to be euro4, but mine was registered in Dec 04 although it is a 2005 MY.

Yeah, I tried that and it can't find my car. It says there are three possibilities. 1 it was registered after 2015, 2 it is not registered with the DVLA, 3 it isn't registered in the UK
