it would be nice if all of as that have cleaned the sensors pay attention to the way the car drives in the next few days - to see if my theory has any merit. |

Well hopefully finishing my saga off today. DPF cleared itself within 5 mins or so this morning and no restricted performance on the way to work. Read faults at work, cleared them, drove home tonight smooth as you like, read faults when I got home and nothing. So all stripped cleaned and no faults. Happy bunny today! Cleaned the MAF last night, was actually not that bad. So I now have a set of clean sensors. Will see how it goes!! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

The MAF sits in the air just after the aircleaner so it should not be dirty but yes I think it is good practice to clean it from time to time. 2012 TDV8 Vogue SE 4.4 |
