I always extend, i think if you extend whilst in warranty you don't normally have to have an inspection as long as its a full LR warranty. I have always taken them and they are worth there weight in gold. |

Probably a good idea what with the expense of fixing something should it go bang.

I'm not sure there is a right or wrong answer, it is a question how much you are prepared to pay for greater peace of mind.

Buy a good used one and get the two year LR warranty as standard. There are some nice SE's around 15-18 month old for not much more than £60K and you'll get a big chunk back on yours. |
