Programing remote for auxilary heating

Auxilary (webasto) heating

I had battery changed on my TDV8 Vogue and since then cant get the remote to fire up the auxilary heating. Can program it in setup on screen in the car, but thats it. Can anyone help with reprograming the remote please?

Thanks

Use the search function.

You have to repair the remote, can't remember the exact sequence but it involves pulling a fuse to put the receiver in learn mode. Thumbs Up

It may be easier to find the receiver in the back cubby of the car and pull the power on that.

Instructions are here https://www.webasto.com/fileadmin/webasto_...rt-t91.pdf There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Did this the other week. Take the right hand boot panel off, you will see the unit mentioned without unbolting anything, pull the plug, wait, bang it back in and it should work, remember it won't work if the outside temp is above 6 IIRC. Mines a post 2010my, would help if you filled out your car details Thumbs Up
