It's still not right, I replaced the hose with a Bearmach one, convinced it was properly fitted but still seem to be having the covered in oil problem?

I have just ordered a set of four black silicone ones for £110 including T bolt clips and postage. Just the one hose I needed was about £35 for a pattern part and I dare say, as one has gone, the rest are probably on the way out. |

Have you fitted them yet? I did have a look at them yesterday the only thing that worries me is the fitting into the intercooler as standard ones have a clip type fitting, in not sure if a silicone hose would stay on?

Still loss, groves are clear but it just won't go on any tighter! The seal has split and fallen out too

Looking at a picture of a genuine hose, the part that clips on to the intercooler is held on the hose with a jubilee clip, so I guess you just do the same with the silicone one.

I can see what you mean about the genuine hose, the bearmach one I have isn't like that! I was hoping that the silicone ones go straight onto the intercooler, losing the need for the clip mechanism! It seems long enough so I guess you could get a tight seal on it!

I guess it's quite possible, trouble is pictures are very unclear on the internet, haven't found a close up of inside the pipe yet! |

I've only found 1, I don't remember seeing 2 when I got the hose.

It might be just one, and it's a trick of the light.... but what ever the number there will be at least 1!!!
