Private Car Park - Chav parking without consent

As above really, I work in a small office building and we have a private car park to rear. Quite often , we get a chancer looking to park, but they invariably GTF after a note is left. However, a new tenant of an adjacent flat has taken to parking every day, completely ignoring the polite notices left. Obviously we've contacted Police ( nowt to do with us) etc. Having looked at umpteen google results, there really isn't much that can realistically be done. We don't have a forklift etc so we can't move it. Anyone know if we give them 14 days notice, then car will be towed, obviously without damage etc, can we do this?

It its an old POS golf estate , it is taxed etc, we just want them to GTF with minimum fuss. Can anyone share useful experiences. Yes , we would want to kill them with fire etc, but that's just a pleasant dream! Thumbs Up

Whistle Have you tried your local council... technically it's an illegally dumped vehicle... especially if you've private parking notices displayed.... I think if it's causing an obstruction then it can be removed immediately... but the council would know more Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Adhesive stickers might be an answer. Can be removed without damage but nuisance to do so. Effective in front of the driver's position. Question

I'd be tempted to just block it in with either another old car or ideally a skip.

If/when the miscreant moans that they can't get out, explain nicely that the notice did go round to all staff explaining that the area was needed. Not your problem if they're not staff and parking illegally. Smile Dave

Few sacks of horse manure, carefully placed so that ingress/egress is impossible without stepping in it, so it is transferred to the car interior. Twisted Evil

or drag it out into the street if possible, causing an obstruction Evil or Very Mad

Understand about bollards etc , but this cant be done, there is a swing barrier on the entrance but the car park provides access to other properties so we cannot close it! Bollards cant be done either. Can't block them it because this would block the entrance. I'll see if I can get a streetview image, hang on a minute..

Here you go:

Don't know if that'll work but they have been using space number 8, there is a barrier behind the small wall on the left of the opening but it can't be used as you can see access is needed for the properties in front of the golf.

The only officially sanctioned route now clamping is banned is to put up charges notice and then dvla registered keeper and court.
If you know when they are likely to move it just block them in and say that's joes car he's in the usa for a week.
If its flat asphalt 4 trolley jacks and push it to the road. letters not necessarily in the right order

@Stan, many polite notices have been left, sadly to no avail.. Although I do like the towing signage, looks as though this might be a winner

i used to stick the notices on the windscreen with a pritt stick, the glue gets very messy when you try to remove the paper.. Mr. Green .

Though about wheel dollies, the main road is heavily cambered so there is a gully getting in, don't think we could feasibly do this.

Regards charge notices, you mean something like this:
http://www.issueparkingcharges.co.uk/

Apparently all we need to do is photo the car, they do the rest at no cost to us as well, just outlay for initial signage etc.

The surfers in Cornwall used to rub Surfboard Wax (but a candle would suffice) on the windscreens of non-local cars that were there to surf their waves.
Not very noticeable, but a nightmare to try and remove Thumbs Up

Fill the heater intake with a bag of cooking flour. Since most cars had the heater fan left on, or even in AUTO it will fill the thing with a nice cloud when he starts the engine. Old Golfs don't have pollen filters. Thumbs Up

Not toxic but a real pain to clean up, especially since it will take a bit of figuring out what's happening. If there were to be a repeat offence you can then up the anté to a nice smelly dog turd. And so on. He will get the message at some point.
