If they're ignoring polite notices it sounds like confrontation will be the only way. They had their chance in my opinion.
You could do with a few motorbikes to put in empty spaces, then double-up as space is required by genuine parkers.

Pull up bollards at each space front/side on the wall ones would work.

You'll need a sign saying it's for office use only, and unauthorised cars will be removed / fined. Then if they are parking against the office, get a 1 ton maxi bag of sand delivered, and drop it in front of their car Mr. Green

While I think you're entitled to remove the car, you will need to be displaying clear signs stating that it's not a public car park, so as not to fall fowl of the law. Alternatively can some gates be added? they would be trespassing then, much easier to deal with. At the moment you are literally wide open, so it's signs or a gate Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

If its private ground and for office and visitors use only then clamp it, sticker it and after 7 days impound it and if its then not recovered scrap it.

Cheers lads, seems that the only way is quite rightly appropriate signage with follow up. Obviously making life difficult for them as well ( within the law obviously!)

The legal solution, if you know the identity of the parker and can stomach the cost, is to get a court order "interdict" prohibiting him from parking on your private ground, if he does so in face of the interdict he would be in contempt of court and punishable accordingly.

I was once asked to help a motorcycle courier move an Audi which had parked in front of the lockup garage beside his, but also preventing his door being opened. I attached a towrope to an eye on the Audi and pulled it out of the way (quite a distance, so it was nowhere near the garage). Easy to do in low ratio. The Audi driver was not pleased, but did not do it again. But you'd need to be sure the parker would not attack you/your car and that you would not damage his vehicle before taking self-help measures. Only Range Rovers since 1988

I Print off a nice A4 sheet saying that the parking here isn't for people to use local shops when they have 100 spaces to use right behind the shops.

I then affix the A4 sheet using pritt stick. They never ever come back after it is done bar one ejit.

I affixed one everyday they parked there as I was initially just doing the back side windows but this ejit was dumping their car so he didn't have to pay train car park fees but would cause hell for lorries down the street trying to get through.
I then moved to the drivers side window and passenger window as they must have gone away for 2-3days as well.
When they came back they were proper p1553d about it trying to get it off as it hadn't rained for a while either so it had really dried on!
That one hasn't been back since Very Happy

The other option would be to use the rangey and low box with a short tow strap and pull it out and then drag it onto the main road.

Is it taxed, mot'd and insured? if one of them is missing id flag that to the police and ask for them to section 59 it and it will just get lifted then Smile will cost them at least £120 to get released then Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Have you got CCTV covering the car park? I still like the Amazon link and if you have CCTV then you can monitor if there is any subsequent attempt on your vehicles/property.

If you haven't got it might be worth considering anyway. John

Do they always park in the same spot ?

Is there a regular pattern of them leaving / returning ?

You should be able to find a way to occupy all the spots but 1 in a corner, then you can block them in fully without causing a problem to others.

As has been said, you need to put up notices indicating that the car park is for private use and that anyone not authorised to park there will be clamped and a release fee chargeable. These need to displayed in prominent places. At the moment you have no defence as there is absolutely no signage indicating anything. If she continues to do it then get a clamping company to come and clamp her car and then they pay them for release and have the argument with them, which if it is signed properly she will have to pay up.

EDIT ---- Well thats me wrong, just looked and its now illegal to clamp on private land, also its illegal to prevent the removal of the vehicle, so blocking it in would be classed as an offence too..... Rolling Eyes There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
