Tried and failed to get the FBH remote to pair.

Ordered new battery as last resort... Sad

Also discovered oil leak and coolant level has dropped. Ordered o rings and inspection mirror in anticipation (hope!) that it will be a simple fix for the oil.

No idea about the coolant yet but at least it is still pink and not obviously contaminated with oil! Bish.

Replaced front right strut/air spring. The replaced unit was probably the original - a Delphi unit manufactured in 2003. The L322 has just over 201,000km on the clock. When I inflated it on the bench, it had multiple leaks in the bag.

The next day, the front right was back on the bump stops. The new unit was faulty, leaking somewhere at the top. Soapy water spray didn't reveal where but we could hear the leak.

Back to the suppliers for a replacement. Fitted it. All good.

An hour later the front left, which had never previously given any trouble, had sagged. It, too, was leaking but not from the bag. It was leaking up inside the piston.

Back to the supplier for a new left strut. The unit we removed was a replacement done in 2011, just over 100,000km ago. It wasn't marked Delphi and had a build date of 2010.

Here's a question. I ordered Delphi replacements but there are no Delphi markings on the struts or the boxes. They are marked Made in UK but that may not mean anything. I won't be very happy if I've been charged for Delphi and received Chinese knock-offs. Ron B. VK2OTC

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Java Black

Fitted Deployable side steps before chritmas, so nice to have them!

Then took the car down to Amsterdam for a few days between Xmas and was back for NYE. Car performed faultlessly, and it really does make a 600 odd mile journey feel like 5 mins. Can't get over how good these cars are! Thumbs Up Jordan

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Giverny Green

Had a new battery fitted at Halfords. I'm glad I didn't do it myself now as it looked a right sod to maneuver in and out under the scuttle, plus the extra wiring for the LPG system kept getting in the way.

Then there was the smorgasbord or error messages, most notably concerning the suspension and the 3 amigos, that popped up when turning the ignition on again afterwards.
Luckily a 10 mile drive home seems to have cleared/reset them all NW060

New Zealand 2003 Range Rover HSE Td6 Buckingham Blue

I finally got around to chopping up my dirty, scungy 05 tail lights and brought them back to life with a make over.
Cut open, cleaned, polished, painted and resealed to suit.

Thumbs Up

Fitted the Aero Blades which look better and reduce sound. Very Happy

Only issue is the passenger blade sits up off the screen at rest. Confused

I've just fitted a new rear spoiler and Hi level brake light. The old spoiler had separated from the piece of metal underneath that takes the 3 bolts. I'm not sure if it was just lost at the hyper sonic speed I drive at or if some scroat had levered it off to get the light !
