Miles per tank

Hi all

Apologies if this question has been answered elsewhere. I filled up my FFRR for the 1st time yesterday and chuckled as the pump dial went screaming past £100 eventually stopping on £110. What sort of mileage can I expect to get from a full tank of fuel. Its a 2002 Td6 HSE.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks all. I was thinking about the 400ish area. I've been doing my best to drive very economically so will report back on how many miles I squeeze out. Smile

Mine is a 2002 HSE too. I was getting around 500 miles from a full (brimmed) tank, working out at 25.3 mpg. Did 2000 miles to the alps last year, cruising at 85mph: got 28 mpg overall for the whole trip.

Commuting most of the time I used to get above 600 from my Td6 all the time.
To fill up was always around 100 litres though, currently about 125 pounds. If you are putting in 110 pounds, you'll get less.

Most of the people here seem to get less mpg than I did.
Guess I am a plodder... Laughing

Was fractionally over 30mpg average.
Now in a TDV8 averaging 29mpg.
