It's best to disconnect it or pull the fuse as mine had failed mechanically with the internal gearing but the motor was still trying to park the wiper. Sometimes removing the blade and operating the wiper if it will and then replacing it can solve it. There are second hand ones on eBay usually for around £30 but I needed mine in a hurry for an mot and paid over £300 for the pair.... |

Yeah I've pulled fuse 28, recharged battery and keeping my fingers crossed...what I fid notice was the battery was sitting at 9.5v ...huge decline in a few nights...it was dry (for once) up here and I hadn't even been using my wipers? |
