Remember Range Rovers don't leak, they just mark their territory ______________________________

Managed to get car up on ramps today..looks like oils coming from higher up...signs of an old leak on the rocker covers...zero oil ever on my drive but underside of cars quite messy...

Well good and bad news. Good it does not look like a diff leak. Bad it could be from the upper engine as you have hinted.

Everything's crossed ..oil levels don't drop dramatically tbh..not a drop in the ground in over 6 months of ownership..looks like its been happening for a while..first time I've been under the car and I was shocked at the mess...last owner never cared about the fatty by the look of it...im determined to get her mechanically perfect...I'm a big fan of the cars and it makes me smile everyday...even with its niggles

The mess under the car could be the small 4" pipe from the oil separator. Mine was like chewing gum and had a small split in it. This was leading to the oily gunge coating everything underneath, but strangely like you, not a drop on the drive...

Good luck my friend. I'm going to do the air sus compressor next weekend, I've noticed it's a bit slow getting up to off-road height. It's not noisy or anything so looking at it as a bit of preventative maintenance.... ______________________________
