Just a quick question regards the quality of the tv tuner on a 2011 autobiography. On the move the reception is pretty much hit and miss. e.g maybe ten minutes fine then a two second freeze then a minute ok then another freeze then another minute and another freeze etc etc (you get the idea)

Is there any "fine tuning" or "regional retune" I'm missing. As far as I'm aware you set the country, the PAL selection and then the car auto tunes as you move around regionally. Most comments suggest the LR kits just aren't up to "tv in motion" as well as aftermarket kits. If there is an easy upgrade (without ripping the dash out) then give me a pointer please but otherwise"its just pants mate" would be a reasonable response. It works perfect stationary.

digital tv wasnt really made for 'on the move' use as the signal fluctuates to much...with the old analogue signal you mostly got something on the screen where as the digital is either there or not...


obviously in strong signal areas you will get a picture but drive by a high building then even then the picture will disappear.. ... - .- -.
