They've never done me a bad turn, no wrong orders, no silly prices, good stock levels. Meh, I like them, way more that 5h1tpart, that's for sure |

Not a lover of ecp. I also have a BMW 8 Series and needed pollen filters. Its cheaper to buy them from the main dealer 2015 Range Rover VSE 4.4 SDV8. 1998 BMW 840 Sport, 2008 Aston Martin DB9

ECP are alright if you know the part you want, and are aware of any differences/choices in parts. And you reserve online and collect from store |

+1, never turn up to buy a part, instead, park outside, and look up part on your phone, place a collect order, and save money. It's daft but it's always cheaper, unless, it's a promoted consumable.

Had the same sort of thing , bought a full head kit for a seat arosa once came to fit the valve stem oil seals the new ones were massive, took it back lad was oh yeah gave you the wrong headset we'll get the new one for later on today, it's happened with a few other bits aswell ,but on alot of stuff they are the cheapest and worth the risk?? |

Same issue here with them. I think they have cut costs too much in day to day running and let the guys on decent money who know what's what from experience go and replaced them with guys on half as much and then target them to sell sell sell to much
