Lights have a dedicated fitting wiring kit sir. That way you can turn them off when either not necessary on the road or weather dictates |

If you are going to do it, I suggest fitting a relay into the main beam wiring to detect current and activate it to switch on the spots. Whether this will impact on the operation of the main beams and ECUs I do not know....

As i said above... LR make a L322 spotlight wiring kit specifically to fit LR spotlights (or any for that matter) which includes a switch and all the connections... If it were me, i would purchase and fit that sir... |

Don't think you would want the lightbar on the roof on much of the time anyway, lights up there cause so much glare off the bonnet that they don't help much whilst moving and most of the time make it worse.... Pete

I only really want the roof light bar as it looks good on the Bond SVR |

I am guessing with that comment you don't like the SVR look alike and especially with the light bar? |

Lol fair enough! Could always do a matt black wrap on the bonnet to reduce the glare I guess.... |

Have a look at EDF post on the EDF shopping cart. He put a really top notch light bar on for the Swedish winters, he may be able to give you some pointers on do's and don'ts MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
