Circa 300 mile round trip to the coast and back yesterday. So effortless and comfy. I love this car. |

......Taking off the "new to me" style 11 wheels and painting the hubs with a "heat resistant" paint from the bay of e , it ended up see through or opaque at best after 3 coats so junked that , get some Hammerite silver hammered finish tomorrow and start again, the calipers came out pretty good though in Satin Black with new Brembo sticker and Laquered them up though so not a total, waste of time 😀 |

Bit late but Thursday. My self and two very beautiful young ladies got in the Range Rover. , drove to. Dublin , sat in traffic along the Quays , ( we were in comfort obviously but even comfort can't always keep you tranquil ) parked in a pre arranged spot and spent the rest of the evening watching a concert. , which concert I hear you ask , five seconds of summer , he answered I expect most of you to now head to the Google machine to discover the group for yourselves BUT the two beautiful girls ( 11 + 15 ) my daughters were joined by 5 - 10'thousand other teenager girls screaming at the slightest movement of these young gentlemen , so I wouldn't spend the time on the Google machine I saw one other dad and plenty of mums. I'm a flexible guy , normally comfortable at the theatre or the dogs or anywhere in between but standing by the merchandise stand , waiting for my girls while thousands of teens flocked past was one of the most uncomfortable moments of my life

Booked it in with my local Prins fitter after the check engine light came on. LPG kit was fitted in 2007 and about 135,000 miles ago: "So it's approaching the end of it's useful life then" he said cheerfully...

Had the gearbox filter renewed and oil flushed as a precaution, there were no symptoms of anything amiss but at 120k miles and 10 years good insurance. Had the car into Hunters at Guildford as some of the recalls had been missed during its life, they carried out all FOC, however, on collecting the car I noticed a small dent in the rear wing which wasn't present when delivered. Being the organisation they are they arranged for a Dent Master type to rectify. Cant complain at the service and will use them again.
