I've replaced the Venture cam as well now - easy fix, thanks to Dave699 .

Hi all. About to fix my cam and on a certain site you can get 7.2V 1300Ah pack for a remote control car , etc for 5 stg

mainly because most of the battery packs with that capacity are based on AA cells rather than AAA cells so won't fit. you may get lucky though.

Cam repaired. Thank you. Showed kids , played with it for about 10 mins and that's Proberbly the last time it will be used 2015 4.4 AB

Mines in bits on my desk and while taking it apart the plug that connects the PCB from the battery just disintegrated into pieces.

My dock doesn't stay in place. I used a bit of paper to hold it in and it has charged up and is working fine. Batteries are probably still holding a charge because it hasn't been charged much, although not sure how much charge they will hold as only played with it for a few minutes. |
