United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Corris Grey

Finally fitted the re-covered steering wheel I bought off here. It's lovely.

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Corris Grey

Put my personal plates on my new to me FFRR. Would just like to say I wouldn't P on the DVLA if they where on fire. It took only 3 minutes to relive me of £80 to take the reg of my old car and put it on retention with a new V5 arriving in four days. It's taken close on 4 of the 4-6 weeks time they estimate for me to receive the new V5 for current vehicle. Why have a system that is half on line and half snail mail. This is 2016. Any one would think they had to write out a V5 by hand and colour it in in crayon.

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Cairns Blue

Not exactly today and not me, but my wife was going out (we live on a narrow lane) and because of a road closure have to turn left off the drive, which is the tighter turn, has to be done in two bites, anyway, she was reversing onto the drive to make the final turn when some tw@t in a transit van was on the drivers door and sounding the horn, wife drove back quickly and managed to connect the rear passenger door on a sandstone wall......

Result is now a badly creased and dented door skin, destroyed plastic lower trim panel and around £600 to have it repaired...

Told the Mrs to take it while I had her car tracking done (or not as it turns out) and she rings me all sheepish and upset "I didn't do anything"

So that'll be a new windscreen then Censored on top of a wishbone, two alloys the tracking, and an abominably expensive dealer-only exhaust on her little convertible then.

Time for booze now that I've calmed a bit I think

Any recommendations on which of the usual suspects does the best (heated) screen and what to watch out for?

Swapped the tow hitch from my two part swan-neck one to a drop plate type. Now the ball is ~55mm higher and better for my Ifor Williams trailer. Drop plate type is my brother's and he wants his back so eBay to the rescue!

Cleaned polished and sealed the wheels ready to be fitted after Easter.

This is what these will look like when fitted to the wheels. One piece steel, plated with zinc/nickel.

Is cleaning your wheels to this standard not bordering on OCD? Confused
