O-rings are measured by their ID and cross-section, in mm for metric sizes. I expect the CS to be either 1.78 mm or 2.62 mm as the next size up is 3.53 mm which looks too big from your pictures. ID from the pictures looks to be 9.25, 10.82 or 12.42 in CS 1.78 or 9.19, 10.77 or 12.37 in CS 2.62. If outside these ranges then I'll post the other nearby sizes. Standard imperial sizes in small o-rings are either 1/8" CS or 3/16" CS. Hopefully your box of o-rings shows whether you used an imperial or metric size. |

Part# LR033343 costing 100+ GBP excl VAT plus the work to change it doesn't seem a good alternative to replacing 2 o-rings. I haven't found any reference to the reason for the new part# but perhaps the seals are visibly different. |

A great offer Emirates777 - thanks. However if the o-rings have been upgraded to Viton then they should withstand the heat for a far greater time.

C/D in your picture, just slightly off-centre. The pollen filter housing is huge (the full width of the engine) so when its removed (just 2 nuts) there is easy access over the rear of the engine once you climb on top although a mirror is required because the pipe bolt faces forwards.

Having one from a new pipe would be good although it may have already been stretched. I assume that Craig chose one that fits snugly without too much stretch, so measuring another should allow its size to be accurately identified. O-rings have standard sizes so the next size up or down wont do the job.
