Bonnet replacement

Hi all,

Would like to replace the bonnet with one in a better condition (zero corrosion), but not clear what side of the hinge it is best to remove also taking the setting and ease of adjustments with the replacement in consideration. Both options either from the bonnet or the chassis side it looks like I cannot reach the back screw. The old bonnet is from a 2010 3.6 TDV8 and the new one is from a 2012 4.4 TDV8
Maybe I haven't right but couldn't find in the workshop manual or wiki.

Pop the struts off and open wide, slide the service locking tabs into place ( thin metal things on the hinge) and the bolts are accessible. Need an assistant to lift it away. Its very light but big and awkward.

Edit, leave the hinges affixed to the bonnet, remove the inner wing bolts.
