not sure regarding a weak point. but if you put some pictures up, it will help out. it could be that the seat button pack was bought, by request, and not by chassis number. so it was ordered wrongly. -but worked, sort of. im only guessing. dont spend your money yet! |

Not a known weak point at all, but like I said if we could see the seats and the switch pack with the fewer buttons we can tell you more . 2008 MY Supercharged

JohnBoy you maybe onto something. I just had another look and noted that the headrest has no manual adjustment and can't be moved, this now leads me to believe that the switch pack and trim may have been replaced at some point.

i cant comment anymore, as you have i think mid-term range seats, i have early seats. my seats have a third button (for the headrest, up down, and backilt,) and i thought the hse only had the two buttons. if you look on ebay for seat switch packs, you will see the ones im talking about from early cars. and the tiny thrid button. maybe your drivers pack has a fauly knob.

I wanted to rule out that the seat itself had not been changed.

I don't think either switch packs look right if I'm honest.
