Yep, done all that, filed out the rear slot which has given me a bit more adjustment but still not enough. I'll take another photo of that and post, last one was too fuzzy |

Thanks Axle, your long shot worked, all is now well. Glad I didn't proceed with further bracket cutting. |

Axle you are a saviour.......Numpty here (Me) has been putting up with having to manually position sunroof closed - with short press of button - cursing SWMBO every time she flipped open the sunroof when she thought she was putting on interior light to find something at the bottom of handbag!!

^^Also move the switch to the drivers side of the overhead console. Makes it more wife proof and more convenient from the drivers seat |

I'm going to give this a go tomorrow, in the hope that I'll gain at least 2 extra MPG from having a smooth roofline |

Amazing! I tried this yesterday and my sunroof now sits completely flush (it was 5mm lower than the roofline before!). Whilst it didn't improve the MPG it does now mean that there's at least 70% wind noise in the cabin and I can drive with the sunroof blind open |

I did mine today and noticed the rear now sits flush with roof line, so hopefully this will stop the recent highway wind noise that developed that wasn't there before .
