Jeez.... I wonder if the dealer has to pay per upload? If not could be worth £50 to the workshop manager There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Had mine updated. The dealer have to get a lock code from navteq or Land Rover (can't remember) then they can update the hard drive with newer maps. I don't think its right up to date meaning the mapping could be either year 12/13. I'll check tomorrow to see what year it updated to. I think the dealer charged me £160. |

Forgot to ask, I was in there today with the Disco. Which was broken again, now fixed apparently. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Had my satnav updated last summer before a trip to France. Even then, the map wasn't fully up to date and the system still sends you miles out of the way. It is a dealer only job as mentioned. I got a call from my tracker company whilst it was being done. Keys have to be left in and so it set off the tracker alarm! |
