Well so long as you have added a resistor it should work, but you need to disable the AFS ASAP, as your using a CJB feed from fuses which normally go to AFS part of the headlight.  Current vehicles

Logged onto Gap website and downloaded the version Rob is running. Since I've had my PC reimaged since I last did an update, I also got the updater program to update the tool. All went well and the update was done on the tool and I plugged it into the car, "scanning ECU" message came up and then "IIDTool ready" message came up on the dash. At this point I attempted to connect from my iPad, but it kept saying "scanning for tools" but eventually says "IIDTool not found". I also can't see it on my PC using the controller app but the updater program picks it up straight away...........

Anyhow, I used the dash to change the CCF to disable AFS and no more dash errors. Thanks Rob!

Make sure you sync the Iid when plugged into the computer before going to the car with the ipad

Then all will be good.
