First icy this morning had me cursing that i had not set the timer for the FBH on my TD6 Vogue. It's a 2006 Model year.
http://forums.mg-rover.org/showthread.php?t=157173 Does anyone know if we can do similar to sync the remote, and where the fuse may be, or whether it's another trip to the stealer for an hours labour ? I guess at £70 for a fob i would consider this, but if it involves dealer reprogramming the remote then it may not be worth it. Cheers Andy PS.. Sorry Dan.. i did search and read some stuff, but it didn;t answer this specific question. It can go in the wiki when we get it |

My 2004 has the T90. I know of the T60, but have never seen it in the flesh. According to Microcat it was to VIN # 2A999999 which is super early? |

Huh, I woulda thought it was later. Coulda sworn I saw a drawing of a T60 in a later owner's manual - I guess it was an 02 tho. Thanks, good info. RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr, P38, and 2 L322s (wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too) |

Not a bad price, either. They go for like €450 from the dealer. I have the entire kit - receiver, remotes (2- generic tho), and antenna. I have a standard TV antenna amp on the RH window - same as LH. No extra connector for the FBH. A new antenna amp cost €190 from the dealer whereas an external antenna cost €30.

Hi Andy, No encyclopedic knowledge of FBH's here... Just some personal experience. Actually, I worked at an auto electric shop years ago while going to law school - one of the things we did was install Webasto FBH's. But this was long before the T80/90 or even T60. I honestly don't know what the difference between the T80 and T90 is. And which was installed by LR. Dan said he has a T90 above. Just did a real quick google and already found conflicting information. There's a lot of info out there - especially in the German forums, and everyone from BMW drivers to VW, to Mazda drivers seem to have exactly these questions. I'd go ahead and buy&try. If worst comes to worst, you can always re-sell... RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr, P38, and 2 L322s (wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too) |

I agree, cant give you a 100% answer, but the info I found on the MG forums was that the main difference between the T70-90 versions is the range of the remotes.

Thanks all. I just got it for £37 so no big loss if it doesn't work. It's brand new so i'll just ebay it again if not. Apologies if i've posted this on my phone and it contains strange spelling and punctuation.. i just can't be bothered to correct it |
