Last few bits of welding finished, bent up some recovery points out of 18mm bar, cut holes in the front face of the bumper, welded them through and onto a piece of 8mm plate welded to the rear 8mm plate (should be able to pull just about anything with them )

Cheers chaps, had a look at the front today, plenty of room for the winch once all the superficial plastic removed and the air con fan, don't need it any more since fitting the electric fans to the other side of the rad... It won't stick out any further than the original bumper...

Also got the rear winch sorted, picked up a broken old one, stripped it down, fixed it and repainted it, should be OK for a while... Pete
