Maybe the fuse. I'm sure the switch and lights come on if the fuse is blown.

Had the same symptoms on my X-Type, it was the heater elements in the seat had packed up. |

As said above, folks need to know if its JUST heated or heated & cooled... Different issues with different fixes! |

Sound like the temperature sensor is fubared , on cooling its a closed loop so the temperature sensor is missed out .

Same motor runs the cooling and heating it's just the way the current flows across the cell affects the temperature so they must be saying it's easier to replace everything , I would have the plastic ducting changed as well if it doesn't come as part of the motor because it tends to split with time . 2008 MY Supercharged

Be interested to know how you get on, cost ETC as have the same issue with my passenger seat. Wife will want a warm rear come winter |
